Mu nzira tugendamo cyangwa mu midugudu yacu dutuyemo tugenda duhura n’abantu bafite iminwa yo hejuru isadutse(cleft lip)ndetse hari n’abandi baba bafite iminwa mizima ariko na bo bafite igisenge cy’akanwa gisadutse(cleft palate).Ibi ugasanga bitera ipfunwe ababifite ndetse n’ababyeyi babo, kandi ari ko bavutse.

Ibibari ni inenge umuntu avukana irangwa no gusaduka kw’iminwa yo hejuru, cyangwa yombi, igasadukamo kabiri cyangwa gatatu, habaho n’igihe umwana avukana umwenge uzamutse mu gisenge cy’akanwa ugakomeza mu nkanka. Ibi bikaba biba mu minsi 60 isama ribaye kubera ko ari muri icyo gihe ibice bizakora umunwa ndetse n’isura byifunga. Iyo bitifunze ni bwo havuka icyo kibazo.

Ni iki gitera kuvukana bibari?

Nta mpamvu ihamye izwi yaba itera ibibari kandi ntabwo umuntu ashobora kubirinda umwana azabyara, ariko hari ibintu byongera ibyago byo kubyara umwana ufite ibibari. Aha twavuga:

1. Arabangamirwa iyo ari kurya kubera ko ibibyo biba bishobora kuzamuka bikajya mu mazuru.

3. Ashobora kurwara indwara z’ubuhumekero.

4. Kutavuga cyangwa kutavuga  neza, ibi bigaterwa n’uko umwuka mwinshi ushobora kunyura mu mazuru igihe ari kuvuga, agasa nk’aho avugira mu mazuru.

Ese Ibibari biravurwa bigakira?

Mu gushaka kumenya niba ibibari bivurwa bigakira cyangwa n’uko bivurwa, twaganiriye na Dr Georges NTAKIYIRUKA, Inzobere mu kuvura iyi ndwara maze aduhamiriza ko bivurwa bigakira kandi imyaka yose umuntu yaba afite yavurwa.

Yagize ati “Ibibari mu kubivura turabibaga kandi birakira neza. Ikigero cyose umuntu yaba arimo iyo atugannye rwose tumwitaho uko bikwiye kandi arakira.”

Umuntu ufite ibibari kimwe n’izindi nenge zoze, aba akeneye kwitabwaho by’umwihariko.

Dore bimwe mu byo wamukorera:

1. Ukibona ko umwana wawe yavukanye ibibari, ihutire kumujyana kwa muganga kuko barabivura, iyo bikozwe umwana akiri mutoya aba afite amahirwe menshi yo kutagira bimwe mu bibazo twabonye.
2. Ibuka kumusuzumisha ibibazo byo mu matwi, mu mazuru ndetse no mu kanwa.
3. Niba afite ibibazo by’amenyo mujyane kwa muganga w’amenyo kandi wibuke kumuha indyo yuzuye ndetse unamugirire isuku mu menyo.
4. Niba afite ibibazo mu mivugire ye na byo ugomba kubibwira abaganga kuko na byo bishorora kuba byakosorwa.

Hari inenge umuntu avukana akarinda ayikurana kandi ishobora gukosorwa. Babyeyi, ni byiza gusobanukirwa na zo, bityo bizabafasha kurinda abana banyu ipfunwe ndetse n’izindi mbogamizi. .
