Kuryama no gusinzira ni ibikorwa bigomba kubaho kuri buri kiremwamuntu kigifite ubuzima, gusa nubwo benshi baryama bagasinzira neza hari byinshi bibabaho igihe basinziriye ntibabimenye.

Nyuma y’imyitozo ngororamubiri ndetse n’ibindi bikorwa abantu baba bakoze, bituma bajya bakaryama bagasizira cyane bimwe bita gushyirwayo ku buryo ibibabaho basinziriye batajya babasha kubimenya.

Ibi ni bimwe mu bikorwa umubiri w’umuntu ukora ntabimenye, kuko aba asinziriye.
